How do I select the type of currency?
The currency is dependant upon the selected site. When on the U.S. site, all
currency is in US Dollars and is in Canadian dollars on the Canadian site.
The sites also dictate the destination country that the products may be shipped to.
How do I shop?
Use the Shop By Vehicle sidebar gadget to select a vehicle and the click the Shop button. You
will be taken to the Shop By Vehicle page listing all the available items for the selected vehicle.
Once the required item has been found, click on the Add to Cart button and the item will be listed in the
Cart sidebar gadget. When you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button in the
Cart gadget to initiate the checkout process. You will be required to fill in forms with the required information to
process the order.
How does shipping work?
In-stock items are usually shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 11AM Eastern Standard Time.
Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Canada. It most situations, shipping is also available
to Alaska and Hawaii.
The carrier is United Parcel Service unless a situation arises that requires the use of another carrier.
Standard ground shipping is used unless it is not available to a destination or the shipment has been
negotiated to use another rate service.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact a Customer Service representative
for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions by visiting the
Contact Us page.
We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, only unused product in the original packing, that has not been installed,

What payment options are available?
Currently we accept Mastercard and Visa credit card payments. Business customers
may be able to set up other payment methods.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
We understand the importance of privacy to our customers and visitors

How do I become a B2B business partner?
Becoming an iBrakeParts.com Business to Business Partner benefits organizations that will be making larger
volume purchases. If you do not already have an iBrakeParts.com account, simply click on the
Register button in the B2B section of the Home Page. You will be taken
to a registration request form. Please fill it in and submit the application. If you already have created
an account, please
login and proceed to
Manage your account at the top right of the page. Select the
Support tab and check
the Business to Business upgrade option and submit the request.

will contact you shortly thereafter.
